Jajaja! Major Nelson, of Xbox fame, sent his fellow Microsofties this big banner congratulating them on releasing Windows 7 . One billion Achievement Points! I’ve had an Xbox 360 for three years now, and I only have around 5,000 such points.

Major Nelson, whose military credentials I suspect, said on his thrilling podcast at the weekend the Microsoft is already hard at work creating the next version of the Xbox 360 dashboard. Don’t expect a silly name, like NXE , this time around, though. What can you expect?

PostHeaderIcon Wireless Xbox 360 mic coming this Fall

Coming this Fall from Microsoft is a wireless mic that’s compatible with Lips, Guitar Hero Metallica, Rock Band 2, Disney Sing it: HSM 3 , and the upcoming Lips: Number One Hits and The Beatles: Rock Band . My guess is the mic will launch just before or at the same time as The Beatles: RB, but what do I know?
