Rumors are swirling that Apple * might * lower the iPad’s price shortly after launch in the same way that the iPhone’s price dropped a couple months after its launch. This would only be if consumers aren’t buying into the iPad hype and sales fall short of expectation. But does a lower iPad price make the tablet any more desirable to you?

ESPN launching 3D network in June
ESPN has long been the leader in live HDTV and the network is about to stay ahead of the curve yet again by launching its own 3D network early this summer. But this network is just a test and ESPN is only committing to it through June 2011. So if you really want your kids growing up watching live 3D events, you better support ESPN’s effort.
