It’s not a huge deal – $7 off – but if you’re in the market for a new DS, maybe to rock some Pokemon (now with Pokewalkers! ™ ) eCost has a rectified DS Lite (not the DSi) for $88. Obviously this thing is refurbished so don’t expect it to have that new Mario smell – an admixture of garlic and patchoulli, judging by Mario’s dreams in Super Mario World 2 – but it’s black and it’s fun for the whole family

Summer will be here before you know it, so that means it’s time to stock up on anything that’ll keep you out of the sun. In that spirit, Amazon has discounted both the standard and Collector’s Edition of the new-ish Star Trek Online franchise. The standard edition will set you back $28 (selling for $45+ elsewhere) and the Collector’s Edition, which features “additional bonus items including unique packaging, descriptive material, and in-game items,” is on sale for $48 (selling for $80+ elsewhere).

Wirefly.com is selling its entire stock of AT&T handsets for free after instant discount with a new two-year contract. Note that the store doesn’t sell iPhones, though. You’ll have to go to Best Buy or directly to AT&T for those

MacHeist is offering a bundle of five Mac apps – including the possibility of getting two more free – for $19.99. The even lasts for six more days and they’re raising cash for charity, as well, so that’s a good thing.

If the $120 price tag that initially accompanied DJ Hero as it made its way to market in late October of last year seemed a bit steep to you (and apparently, you weren’t alone ) then you may be interested to hear that you can get the Xbox 360 bundle for $59 from JR.com. The kit includes the game with “80+ DJ mixes” and the turntable controller. JR.com claims that you’re saving $100 off the previous price of $159.97, to which I suggest that JR.com should “stop frontin’.” That’s a thing, right?

Computer equipment maker Buffalo is pretty bullish about USB 3.0 . The company today announced a total of five new USB 3.0 HDDs for the Japanese market, namely two “compact models” [JP] (81×130×16mm) and three bigger (45×175×156mm) devices [JP]. The HD-PEU3-BK (pictured above), the compact type, will be available in a version that holds 500 GB (price: $200) and another one with 640GB ($250)
