RGM Watches is a small watch company in Pennsylvania and they just launched their own manufacture tourbillon, a tourbillon made from scratch from stem to stern. These guys are consummate professionals and for an American brand to create a tourbillon, especially in these days of waning manufacturing prowess in the US, is amazing
